Mental wellbeing can be difficult to navigate, especially when you’re not sure where to start. Here you’ll find practical information, trusted support services and places to turn when you need some extra help.

Need support right now?

If you’re struggling or you’re concerned about someone else, support is available. You don’t have to wait until things feel unbearable before reaching out.

If someone is experiencing a significant change in their mental health, including severe distress, unusual behaviour or loss of contact with reality, contacting a mental health crisis service may be appropriate.

If there is immediate danger or urgent medical help is needed, call 111.
