At AMR Mindset, our products are currently digital products, including downloadable guidebooks, journals and workbooks.

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the digital product has been supplied or made available for download.

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing to make sure the product is right for you.

Problems With Your Order

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, receive the incorrect digital product, or believe there is a problem with the product you received, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Change of Mind

We do not generally offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases of digital products once they have been supplied or made available for download.

New Zealand Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under applicable New Zealand consumer law, including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986.

Where you are entitled to a remedy under applicable law, those rights will apply regardless of this policy.
